Call Data Is Now Shown In Google My Business Call History Feature

Google is now showing call history data to some local businesses in the Google My Business console, after months of teasers with the preview call history section that revealed no specifics.

In this article, John Smith shared a screen shot of answered and missed calls, as well as caller ID information, such as name and phone number.

I’m not aware of this choice, but if you log into your Google My Business account and search for a section called “preview call history,” you may be able to see this information. Here’s how it looks:

It appears to display the number of answered and missed calls, as well as a timeline of when each call was made, whether you answered or missed the call, and the caller’s name and phone number. If they called, you’d have their caller ID information on your phone already. If it wasn’t for Google Maps or Google Search, you wouldn’t know what they called.
